No parking lighting. Very dangerous for safety of people ands vehicles. Room dirty as there was a long hair on bathroom countertop.

The bathroom floor was not very clean, the door could not open, I had to ask front desk to open it for me. The shower faucet could not stop dripping. The room and property was old.

Very old hotel I was afraid to use the elevator, so I use the stairs needs remodeling desperately!

The hotel is nicely decorated. The room is bigger than i thought. But we were very disappointed with the transportation (shuttle). The reason my friend and I chose this hotel was the free shuttle from MCO airport to the hotel. The site told us we should let them know before we travelled when we would arrive. When we tried to do that we had hard time to talk to anyone. When we finally managed to talk to someone, she told us to call when we arrived at MCO. The hotel didn’t look clean. The bathroom door in my room didn’t shut and was very dirty. There were not enough towels and wash cloths for all 3 of us. The tub in the room didn’t have a stopper. The pool was dirty and there were no pool towels. The toilet was very dirty or stained under the rim. The phone in the room didn’t work so I had to go downstairs to the desk to get talk to someone. I stayed 3night in the property I requested housekeeping to change my sheets and towels all day i was out and when i back to my room no housekeeping went and clean my room,,,

I booked here because of the airport shuttle convenience. The desk clerk was very nice and the sleeping room very large. However, the housekeeping was not good. Bathroom trash had not been emptied. Someone had spayed something on the hall mirror which wasn't cleaned off. TV was small in comparison to size of the room. The remote had to be taken to the desk for replacement. Tub caulking was dried up and molded. Room door cut small and gapped all the way around. Elevator lurched and bounced.

The whole hotel needs an upgrade. The breakfast was mediocre at best but the shuttle to the airport is very convenient.

The room I had, the shower was broken. I couldn’t use it, so I asked the front desk person that how to use the shower. He explained to me how to turn it on. However it didn’t work, so I went back to the front desk. He offered me other room key to take shower. I didn’t like that my room’s shower didn’t work first place, but I appreciate that I could take shower in other room. Also my room (#402)’s door was very hard to close.
