The room was neglected for sure the handle to door bathroom was missing and had to call for someone to help open the door to be able to get out and there was dust in the furniture as if it hadn’t been clean in awhile

To start arriving at the airport & receiving text messages saying my rooms will be cancelled then waiting 2 hour for hotel shuttle. No hot water in rooms , elevators issues & not up to date staff very unprofessional & rude

My room was dirty and in the bathroom was a dirty face towel on top of the shower curtain. The staff rude and racist, they charged a fee for parking when you are paying so much for the room on top of that you have to pay for parking too. The housekeeper making sooo much noise around the room talking loud slamming doors and knocking on your door way to early. The manager doesn’t care when I spoke to him he got mad and gave actitud.

When i arrived and pull the sheets back there was a pair of socks under the covers meaning the bed was not cleaned or tge sheets was not changed and I really need a refund

Had a cellophane wrapped apple and orange to go. Since shuttle runs only hourly I had to leave way early for flight and missed breakfast

The room had dust around the bed, mould in the windows, the bathroom door (see photo) was dirty. I spat out my first bite of the breakfast muffin, the juice was watered down. The pool looked dirty, the hot tub had tarp and wood around it. There was a delinquent notice in the elevator. I’m pretty easy going with hotels but this place is below subpar. I don’t recommend it at all. We also were charged $55 US for an early check in for the room. I wish I said never mind but we didn’t know where else to go and had already paid.
