Room was very run down and had a small ant infestation. Ceiling above the shower showed water damage. Paint was many coats so the door stuck. Wrapper was sticking out from under a chair. Paint chips in corner under the bathroom counter. In other words, not clean and in need of renovation and/or repairs. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very good.

On the evening of June 13, 2025, I checked into a room that unfortunately had a pervasive and unpleasant odor. This made it impossible for me to sleep comfortably throughout the night.

For starters the crappy old tv was not working. I called front desk and remote controls and still nothing. Don't expect much.

While the property and staff were good, the room conditions weren’t as great. The water pressure was awful and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Other than the friendly staff, everything was horrible. Room was dirty and dark and dingy. I asked for a king size, we got 2 full size beds which we barely fit in one so we had to sleep in 2. The bathtub was broken. The room next to us had an adjoining door, we could hear them breathing, so when they were chatting it up at 11:30 at night until about 1am, we could hear it all. The elevators always smelled like someone was smoking in them

The pictures posted on this website are so deceiving. The property is old and rundown and has a horrible smell. The interior hallways are about 85 plus degrees. The breakfast is limited and removed promptly at 0900 hours. The exterior pool was filthy and had no smell of chlorine. I am a pool owner and grew up in a house with a pool so at 52 years of age I’m well aware of what it should smell like and look like. DON'T Rely on the shuttle! Do NOT rely on the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I called mutiple times and was standing down in the shuttle line for 2.5 hours and several calls where they were either rude, hung up or just flat out wouldnt answer the phone. I flew in and then my aunt flew in and BOTH of us had shuttle issue and had to take a ride share. Also spoke to another couple that had the same issues. The front desk lady was hit and miss with being pleasant or all out rude. The rooms were just ok.
