The shower/bath water was running and continued to run and couldn’t shut off. You should upgrade the caulking so it doesn’t appear to be moldy. The elevator was disgustingly dirty. There was hair on the sheets. Luckily we were only there for less than 9 hours.
WOW. These photos must be severely out dated becuase this hotel is in SHAMBELS. Shower was disgusting, wall paper peeling in the elevator- and the elevator stops so jarringly and loud! Hot tub was under construction and dispite the pool being open, i didnt see anyone use it. Fery few lounge chairs. Breakfast was line up after line up and nowhere to sit. Not enough seats, not enough food for the amount of folks staying at this hotel. Choose elsewhere.
The elevator in this place feels like it will break down at any minute. And the process to get on the WiFi is convoluted. The staff just shrugs their shoulders and blames it on the corporate parents at Wyndham. Based on my experience troubleshooting with Wyndham, there's some merit to that. But it's not a good enough excuse.
The airport shuttle stops at 10:30. We landed at 11:45. Had to rent a car to get to the hotel. Checked in at about 12:45. Despite the 1/2 night and no airport shuttle they wouldn’t wave the $15/night parking fee. Ridiculous
We had mold in the room I was told to deal with it this hotel is falling apart dirty and gross. Management is rude
I like staying at La Quintas that have the one bedroom suites because of the size of the rooms. When I checked in the clerk was rude and the hotel was old and run down. They had changed the weekend breakfast to end at 9:00 which I've never seen before (it's 10:00 anywhere else) so at 8:20 the breakfast room was like a refugee camp with no food left other than bread and waffles and I had to wait 10 minutes for regular coffee. Turbo rooms terrible bed. You need to work on your rooms.
My overall experience was underwhelming due to the attitude of not only the front desk staff but also the shuttle driver. They were both very unfriendly and no help at all. On one occasion, I called the front desk from my room to ask a simple question and was immediately put on hold for atleast 15 mins. I eventually hung up and went downstairs to the desk, only to find that the attendant was busy doing absolutely nothing. I would stay at a LaQuinta again, but just not this one.
Not enough towels and toilet tissue like it was rationed. Floor in bathroom was dusty and had hair all over it. Toilet tissue rough as sand paper. Hot tub didn't work. And extra charges were charged to my card after checking out that I noticed once I reached home and was able to get refunded due to the hotel hack double charge. Shuttle to/from airport and scale in the lobby convenient so we but I don't plan to stay ever again!could weigh our luggage.
