We waited for an hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport, and it never showed! After a full day of travel, this was not expected or acceptable. When I asked the staff about my transportation to my cruise terminal, the staff member was super rude and much less than helpful. Some people should not be in customer service.

Not the best and very normal also they didn’t clean the room daily

Bed was not very comfortable. Elevator is pretty old and dirty.

Do not stay here. We walked in to a roach on the dresser one dead and one still alive. The shower would not turn off. We immediately turned around and the front desk attendant told us he understood and they were closing soon to be renovated. Reviews are untrue about the cleanliness of the hotel.

A central location with nearby food options. The staff was very friendly, but they weren't able to handle any issues. I've stayed at this chain before and have never had such a bad experience. The bed was very uncomfortable, it looked dirty, there was no hot water, clogged plumbing, there weren't many breakfast options, the coffee was cold, and the restrooms smelled bad. I was very uncomfortable during my stay, and they didn't give me the option to change rooms when I mentioned my issues. They made me waste my time because t... read more
