Not well cleaned elevator, hallway’s ect…same breakfast option every single day I honestly wouldn’t go back to this hotel. The only good thing for me was the location… is a plus! Oops forgot to mention one elevator in the from of bldg one in the end of bldg also hotel has close if not more than 200 rooms only 1 washer and 1 dryer on the 3rd floor this is ridiculous for so many rooms/people. 1st and last I will stay here.

I recently stayed at La Quinta Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. First, I was misinformed about the check-in process, which caused unnecessary confusion when I arrived. To make matters worse, I didn’t receive a key to my room, which meant I had to keep going back to the front desk to resolve the issue. Additionally, the elevator was out of service during my stay, and as my room was on a higher floor, it was quite inconvenient to have to take the stairs. First- all employees except the nasty, condescending Asst.Manager were wonderful and super helpful. We met several while we had to wait FOUR hours to check in, otherwise we had to pay an extra $55. The Asst Mgr told us upon arrival that our room was ready but had to pay extra to check in early. Mind you, we just returned from a cruise where we experienced a week of cold weather with warm weather clothes. There were six of us including my 3 yr old granddaughter and no transportation. Very unclean! And in rough shape. The service was great but once you leave the lobby you see the age of the hotel and the dirt on every surface. The room door had gaps all around it so you could see the light out into the hallway. The floors had white paint chips all over them and hair and old food crumbs. It was clear it hadnt been vacuumed or dusted. Bathtub had rust, mold and hair in it. There was also no hot water. Surprisingly the beds were clean although uncomfortable. What a Disaster. First, an hour wait for a shuttle that did not arrive, finally the adjacent hotel to La Quinta, took us to hotel, there were 3 other couples in same predicament. When we arrived to check in, employee was just there to fill, no experience!! No drinks or snacks for purchase. WAIT, it gets better, when we go to our room, I noticed light coming thru the door,THERE WAS SOME ALREADY IN OUR ROOM!!!!!!!!!!! Pitifull managed property, Never again!!!!

Reasonably priced. A tired, well used building. Only one slow elevator, really? Shower drain worked yea, amazing! Shuttle did not go to terminal C which forced us to use taxi due to my wife's mobility issues. You might consider an exception for such situations! Room phone not operating, why have it at all? It would be simple to ask room service check for a dialtone!

The room was filthy. The dust on the furniture would tell how long the room didn't get service. There was a bug inside the shower, couldn't tell if it was a baby cockroach. The sign on the mirror of the bathroom announcing they change sheets and towels every 3 days was highly surprising for how busy this location was. Also, the white towels had a gray tint.
