Property is in a desperate state of disrepair. The door to the room stuck and had to be forcibly closed. Because it didn’t fit there was a gap that let noise in. The knob to the bathtub fell off and landed with a clang into the tub. The commode seat literally fell off, falling down into the water of the toilet. Took a photo and showed that to the front desk. They seemed as surprised as we were. Will never ever stay here again.

No sleep and a cold shower I stayed at your property January 9th. The room (a king) was at the end of the hall on the 4th Floor. I booked through hotels.com. When I arrived I noticed that the tap in the tub was running….not dripping, running. I called the desk to alert them to the problem. Even with the door closed, it was exceptionally noisy. I also mentioned my concern for the water bill. The response was that there was nobody available to deal with it and that I should put towels in the tub to mitigate the noise. I had al... read more

Hotel was disappointing. The photos made it look nice but it was not. The keys hardly ever worked. It took several minutes swiping the key before it would actually let me in. The door handle inside my room fell off while trying to leave the room!
