the hotel website stated that the shuttle bus ran to the airport every 30 minutes. No mention of phoning the hotel when you landed. We waited 1 hour 40 mins!!! When I addressed this with the manager she stated that it stated on the website that people had to phone the hotel however could not find it when she looked for it. The hotel was dirty and needed upgrading,

1. Doors didn’t lock properly so someone walked into my room in the middle of the night not once but twice. 2. Basic amenities are in desperate need of replacement. Towels were shredded and looked like old rags. Obvious stains on the floors, elevators and general surface areas. 3. Breakfast was meh.

No shuttle pick up at the airport despite request by 48 hours in advance. Had to pay for a cab. No delayed checkout due to being overbooked. And no internet working for 4 hours.

Called hotel when I got to shuttle pick up area at airport. She said 2Omin. Called after 30 said driver said we weren’t there. She said he’ll come back. Waited another 2 hours after calling several times. She said he came back 2nd time we weren’t there. When driver arrived, I asked him if he had been here and he said no. Got to hotel finally and toilet in room didn’t work so got another room and tv didn’t work. Took shower in am and no hot water. And staff didn’t apologize for my 2.5 hour wait to be picked up. Did not check. Pet dander issues with personal health. Manager said they would cancel with no service charge. Still waiting this morning.stayed at Fairfield / Marriot. Very nice no pets

First room not cleaned from prior guests. Second room key card didn't work. Third room had one bed. Reserved two beds, four adults. Two slept in bed, one in recliner and one on the floor after making several trips to the front desk for blankets and towels.
