This hotel was very dirty. The sheets and bedding were rough and had a humid sticky feeling. The bathroom door didn’t close at all. The handles and the main door handles all had dirt caked on it from finger prints. The shower was dirty. The air conditioner didn’t work and the smoke alarm was hanging off the wall. Never ever again!

The pool that was advertised was outside, not inside, and it was not clean full of leaves. Not lit at night for pool and hot tub. The location was close to the airport and the shuttle service from the air port to the hotel was very convenient and timely. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Breakfast was delicious and hot and fresh.

Mediocre Once arriving at the airport, it took over an hour for the shuttle to arrive. The hot water only got warm. The rooms are decent. Spent only one night to prepare for cruise. Wouldn't stay longer than that at this location.

Won't stay here again Terrible. Online check-in was a total waste of time as I had to do it all again when I got there. Understaffed. No cold water in the shower. Not very clean.
