Thank you for your feedback. Check in starts at 3PM. Sometimes we have rooms at an extra charge. Upon review of your stay. We had a full house the night before that is why there were no rooms to accommodate this request.
The property is dated and needs some updating. Our door was very difficult to open seemed to get stuck. We waited 50 minutes at the airport for the shuttle and then were told they couldn’t pick us up and we would have to take an Uber. Their shuttle does not pick up at terminal C , so we had to shuttle to terminal B.

Avoid Very poor condition of room! No sleep due to the loudest ac unit, sink stopped up and tub that was so flimsy I thought I’d fall through it. Very expensive $199 for me and 3 kids to get zero rest the night before our flight. And the check in was 30 min wait line even though I had already checked in online, due to 1 person at the fest for 25 min and cruise ship guests were 20 deep at 9:30 on a Friday night.

Rooms were spacious and clean but the hot tub was cold and not on. That was disappointing.

Shower was cold two days in a row, bathroom towels were old and yellow. However, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our driver to the airport was amazing!

It sounded like there was a generator running all night and there was a truck with lawn chairs and a bunch of people just sat outside in the parking lot so it was a little scary

Property is in a desperate state of disrepair. The door to the room stuck and had to be forcibly closed. Because it didn’t fit there was a gap that let noise in. The knob to the bathtub fell off and landed with a clang into the tub. The commode seat literally fell off, falling down into the water of the toilet. Took a photo and showed that to the front desk. They seemed as surprised as we were. Will never ever stay here again.

No sleep and a cold shower I stayed at your property January 9th. The room (a king) was at the end of the hall on the 4th Floor. I booked through hotels.com. When I arrived I noticed that the tap in the tub was running….not dripping, running. I called the desk to alert them to the problem. Even with the door closed, it was exceptionally noisy.
