I want my money back. I rented a room at this hotel after spending all day at the airport trying to get on a flight. The reason I chose this hotel was for the claim of airport shuttle, pool and hot tub. Well the pool was nasty and the hot tub wasn't hot. It in fact was colder than the pool and only 1 jet out of many worked. Their hotel shuttle broke down and I had to take a Lyft to the airport. This hotel was nothing but lies. The hallways of the hotel were really dirty. Doesn’t look like it has been vacuumed in a while. However, our room was clean though.

I walked in the room and it smelled moldy, I had to keep the AC on to keep the smell down, saw a dead roach in bathroom, a hair no the bed, stained sheet, the only thing I can say is the shuttle service was great. They do not offer early check in.

Everything was perfect except both the pool and the spa were ice cold. Very disappointed since I was really looking forward to using both.

Beware airport shuttle is overbooked and not friendly overall the public areas elevator hallways doors to rooms are old and worn

Best Days are Long Gone - This hotel desperately needs an uplift and a renovation. The facilities are super old and dated. Hallways smell musky and carpets are stained. Black mold was present in the bathroom in many spots. Furniture in the room was broken and towels are worn. Breakfast was lackluster. In the first room we stayed in, the AC and the TV were both broken. In the second room that we got moved to, the coffee machine was broken.
