4 of us checked in tired from a cruise and shopping waiting to check in. We got settled and needed showers and there was no hot water. the water was room temperature They offered a new room, but after we got all settled we did not want to move. The whole experience was uncomfortable

Getting to the property was another story. Waited over an hour for shuttle. Asked the vans that the property said was coming but the driver said not that hotel. WTH!!!!

Bath tub facet always running. Hot tube not hot. Staff couldnt fix pool lights. Took over an hour for air port pickup.

Two very bad stays at the hotel Stayed in room 114 and the door was broken I had to keep the interior lock engaged to keep it closed because the door frame was so damaged and bent up the door latch could’ve been easily accessed from outside the door

Hotel should have more than one elevator

very poor My room was clean the linen clean. Tub rust stains, refrigerator freezer needed serious defrosting. Only there for one night. Hallway rug dirty, doors to rooms very dirty, elevator dirty. Even though I was there for 7hours. had early flight and it was close to airport and cheap. I would never stay at any of your establishments.
