I’m one to rarely leave reviews, however we were very dissatisfied with our recent stay. The hotel smelled stale. The water in the shower was warm at best and the shower knob fell off in my husband’s hand when turned on. The light above the mirror in the bathroom didn’t work and neither did one of the outlets. The breakfast was terrible. This was our first and last stay at a LaQuinta.

The gym did not have towels or water, the lobby was dirty

Tub leaked ( fast) Room they put us in was close to the elevator and very loud. We had a 6:00 pm airport bus scheduled and it would have been nice to have a quieter location. Also the price We paid on Hotels. Com was 20% higher than if We had walked in the front door . Overall a disappointing stay

The staff was doing the best they could to handle a late rush. However, unfortunately they were not programming they keys wrong over and over. Personally, I had to lug my bags up and down the elevator four times before my key finally worked.

Meh hotel. Good Breakfast. Maintenance needed This stay was disappointing. While the staff was kind and polite, the condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The buildings, elevator and pool was run down and not kept up. The rooms were fine. The in room toiletries were empty and though we had a pull out bed, they did not provide sheets or blanks in the room. The key scanner was messed up and 4x I had to have my keys reset. Very difficult to get their shuttle from the airport.(which was one reason we booked this hotel) we had to get & pay for a cab. The hotel is extremely run down, is in need of updates renovations badly. We had black mold growing on our window in our room. Not enough room for people to sit at breakfast. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone & price is very high for quality.
