Hotel need security. I had to check out at midnight people next door loud and smoking weed it was reported to the front desk clerk he couldn't do anything in regard to the matter. He told me he was alone hotel is understaff. Several other guests complained he was unable to resolve the problem. Hotel is near MCO airport.

Staff were very friendly. The room we stayed had strong weird smell and aging. The towels looked very old. The bed sheets look clean but I got itchy and coughing during my sleep at this place for 1 night. I stayed at two other places for the next 6 nights but had no itchy nor coughing problems. The AC is noisy. We didn’t try the free breakfast nor other amenities. However, I saw that they have free coffee 24/7 which is nice.

Not quite what I expected. Don’t think I’ll ever go there again. The airport shuttle never came the night I arrived despite multiple times saying the driver was on the way. We along with another couple waited over an hour before another shuttle driver agreed to bring us to the hotel.

4 of us checked in tired from a cruise and shopping waiting to check in. We got settled and needed showers and there was no hot water. the water was room temperature They offered a new room, but after we got all settled we did not want to move. The whole experience was uncomfortable

Getting to the property was another story. Waited over an hour for shuttle. Asked the vans that the property said was coming but the driver said not that hotel. WTH!!!!
