Hotel is rundown. Breakfast was packed but didn't have enough food. Our car gor badly scratched on the hotel parking lot at night.

Very convenient to the airport, but not very clean or comfortable.

Needs major updates! The first room we were assigned to had a broken bed to where when you layed down your feet were elevated. Went to front desk and they immediately changed rooms. The 2nd room had a broken lamp, the shower faucet continually dripped and had to put a towel down to stop the noise, the doors on bathroom were missing knobs, the room smelt like marijuana and cigarettes, the paint was chipping, and the a/c unit made a terrible noise.

Our first room had fleas. We were covered within minutes. Had to change rooms at 1 am.

Disappointed earliest shuttle not until 5am making morning flights a concern. Also, if early flight no food available to take with you such as bagel, fruit or muffins. No stores near to obtain travel food either

My flight got in at 9:19 pm and they said their shut off at 9. That is ridiculous. Who does that. I stayed at holiday inn instead. Their shuttle runs till midnight. I’ll never book A La Quinta again. Stranded at the airport was not how I envisioned my evening

This experience has been notably disappointing for myself and my group, and I feel compelled to share the details of our grievances. Firstly, the inability to use the Wyndham app to make simple requests such as early check-in or late check-out posed a significant inconvenience. Despite trying to communicate our needs through the app, we found ourselves facing unnecessary hurdles. Furthermore, the behavior of some of the staff was concerning. We do show that our staff did assist with an early check in before noon and an extended check out of 1pm for you. Please note that some of our free amenities are not always available during peak times and holidays. We appreciate your understanding

Hairs on the sheet, room smelled musty after the air freshener wore off. Sheets looked crushed and unchanged and one sheet had hairs. The elevator had trash on the floor and stunk so bad I wanted to throw up, used the stairs only after that. Walk in shower floor was dirty and the caulking was moldy, definitely needs to be replaced. I liked the employee that checked us in, free parking and proximity to the airport.
