I made a reservation for a friend using my card through Expedia My friend was not allowed to register without me being present . I showed up to sign , was not allowed to do so . Terrible customer service . Last time I will ever use la Quinta

We had booked a room with 2 double beds. When we checked in they only had rooms with 1 queen bed.

The overall stay would have been excellent if staff/management was honest about the hot tub being out of service (not working). The main reasons for staying was to utilize the pool and hot tub. I called prior to booking and inquired about the hot tub and i was told that the hot tub was working. Upon arrival the hot tub didn't work, then I was told that the hot tub would work later that evening. We stayed for 3 days and the hot tub didn't work.

My room was not very good but did the work for a night m. I guess you get what you pay for. Next time I’ll pay a little more and upgrade to a better hotel in the area.

Rooms are not what I expected. For $140 per night You’d expect better. But what you get is a motel like stay. The room smells funky as soon as you walk in. The beds are slightly uncomfortable. I would stay elsewhere.

We have stayed here before and it was an acceptable experience. This visit was a very uncomfortable. Air conditioning worked then did not, worked then did not.... Hair Dryer caught fire while using fortunately I did not get injured. Entrances to hotel rooms were not locked open at all times, I must say each of the employees tried the best that they could to make this experience better. Very dissappointed.

Mold around the sink in bathroom. Cold pool and "hot tub". Lots of weed smell throughout the building.
