Don’t go there
One elevator was out of service for 3 days before we even got there, the room we were given had a broken lock,and bathroom did not look lik it was cleaned., and the second elevator was in such disrepair they should have closed that too..sides were all torn up..dark stains that looked like smoke damage on metal s on wall, and smelled like burning rubber…and doesn’t seem to have any ventilation in bathrooms. The property was not as advertised. They dont do anytype of maide service the 3 days we were there. When asked was told it was an extra expense cause of covid. The room was dirty..the door to the room woul not open when key used. The lock.jammed up. Tv was way to small.for the room. There was food on the floor and tables from who ever was there before.
Staff was not helpful, at times combative, the room was half clean, and the shuttle was in terrible condition.

Shower would not get warm, A/C would not shut off and thermostat was broken, staff was nice though

Habia reservado para el dia 29 llegue el 30 alas 10 de la mañana y mi recervacion fue cancelada sin aviso y no me bjscaron mas cuarto para que darme con mi familia habiando pagado 5 noches y con niños pequeños nos toco salir abuscar ptro lugar este lugar no 😔 te ayudan no dan solicion a un pro lma
