Needs renovations...smells awful.. old elevator.. ice machine does not work.. Paul assistant manager very unprofessional. The only nice area is the lobby.

Property getting old. I stay here when I am in Orlando Didn’t take a shower this morning due to the mold in the shower needs a little cleaning up

Fire alarm sounded 2 times in the middle of the night. No phone in room to call front desk, television stopped working, very old, worn out furniture, and visible dirt. The only positive was the staff which was apologetic and did the best they could with a very old and dirty hotel.

They charged $15 for parking. Air conditioner in room didn’t work.

Clerk took 20 mins to show up and check us in. No coffee avail at time we went for breakfast.

Hotel was very dirty - bugs in the bathrooms. Stained mattress, room smelled like mold/mildew & mold was visible. Phone did not work. Guy at the front desk was rude. This hotel needs new management, better attention to detail & new housekeepers. The lobby looks very nice but past that it is unkept. I would NOT recommend
