I reserved at this property because it had shuttle service from the airport. When I arrived at the airport and called the hotel at 10 pm I was told the shuttle was not available and to take an Uber. The hallways were dirty and smelled moldy.....not much better in the room.

What i did not like was the transportation that came to pick us up from the airport. The van was extremely dated and not clean. The back door where the luggage went didn't close all the way. I don't understand why not replace the van. It didn't seem safe at all. I probably will not safe at this hotel again. And the breakfast area is too close to the entrance and front desk.

This is a motel with outside facing doors to the rooms. The pictures do not show this. As a single female traveler, I don't like to stay in motels for safety concerns. They tried to put me in a ground floor room in the back side of the gotel where it is dark. They don't have an elevator to get to the sexond floor.

We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. The location is great, but know that you will hear airplanes flying overhead. This is not the issue, however. The issue was the uncleanliness of the room. The sheets were stained, there was a musty odor, I couldn't tell you the last time the dresser was dusted, and the toilet was in bad shape... it looked as though it had been in there for decades. Bathroom sink had toothpaste and spit still in it. Shower had mold in the grout and legs of the chair in it. One shower head leaked and dripped all night.

It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus service but the driver was almost leaving when I was only a couple minutes late. There were only 2 passengers inside and my name was signed in for the 8 am. The key cards (for my room number 415) did not work properly. The wifi was difficult to connect even without the presence of password. I had to ask staff to help me with connection. The shower tap drips constantly. Breakfast was okay.

In my room the toilet was clogged the first time used didn't get resolve until the next morning one maintenance person had to wait until the morning time telephone was out of order me and my wife shouldn't have to wait until someone in the morning to fix the toilet horrible had to go down to the lobby to use the restroom everytime we had to go this was the worst experience for both of us.
