The worst hotel we have stayed ever. The floor was full of smell of weeds. We have asked for cleaning the room several times with no luck. The front desk officers seems do not care of anything. The corridor lights easily comes into the room with outside noise. This was quite frustrating!!!

Hair was every where in the first room they assigned us including the bed linens. We were reassigned to another room. That room was equally gross. The pull out bed mattress was filthy and the other linen was stained. I didn’t feel comfortable staying or eating there. So, after traveling all day and being tired at 1am, I gave up and asked for a refund. We had to find another hotel. We paid 30 dollars more, but atleast it was clean. The rooms were nice but need to have the room maids to check the plumbing I had water coming out of the faucet for the shower just keep coming out quit a bit not stop day and night.

The bed sheets had stains , room was very dirty. Price was good , but not worth it. Found some eyelashes on the floor , my babies had some rash onnthe skin as well as me. Never had this experience with this company. Very dissapointed. This was my once a year family vacation. If you run out of the small shampoo they give you they make you faces in the reception. My husband also went for more toilet paper and they did the same thing asking him sarcastically "why is there no more?". Not sure why they would question the basic ne... read more

Shouldn’t have to pay to park while staying there. Breakfast and front desk staff were rude, with exception of one lady. Only 2 hours for breakfast. Someone spilled pancake mix all over. Lady took forever to clean it up and then wouldn’t let me make a pancake since it was 9am.
