We arrived late at night and were given keys to an occupied room, scared us and the person sleeping. We were assigned a different room but was not what we booked, 2 full size beds instead of king bed. The hot tub never got warm, the air conditioner in our room leaked water, so the carpet was wet all around it. The microwave was inoperable. When we asked for maid service on our 3rd day, they acted like it was not available, but then did change our bedding and brought towels but did not clean.

Very old and outdated, but the bigger concern was the bedding (flat pillows, well worn sheets, etc.) and the lack of toiletries, towels, etc. For two people, we got 2 thin towels and a wash cloth. There was one small, thin bar of soap and no shampoo or conditioner.
Stayed here because they have a free 5:00 am shuttle. I was informed at check-in that shuttle was already full and could not accommodate me (single passenger). Had to schedule Lyft to pick me up. I wasn’t counting on that additional cost or inconvenience. I won’t stay here and make that mistake again.

Toilet seat was falling off. Bed wasn’t comfortable
Broken shower, switched rooms, broken lights. Room is run down and dirty with food on the floor. Would not stay again.

This hotel is very outdated. Beds are old and worn. We felt the springs in our mattresses. Asked for a Kott as the beds were to worn down to sleep properly and they didn’t have. Never staying there again.

The staff were very unfriendly except the two people who drove me in the shuttle.
