The room was dirty. Hairs on the bed.. bathtub was leaking and the toilet was very dirty

Very dirty. Hair ball was the first thing I saw on the floor in toilet. Then there was an old plaster and piece of a tag under the sink. It was there for the duration of our stay. 4 days. 3 out of 4 days I had to walk down and ask for towels and champoo even when they wrote down we wanted service. One morning house keeping just walked into the room without knocking or announcing. Lucky latch was on since my wife just got out of shower naked. Room was dusty and dirty, candy wrappers on floor and unknown liquids or foods stuck into carpet. Bathroom was dirty, needed swept. Shower was also dirty and needed a good clean- and no hot water when trying to shower. Pool and hot tub are outside (which is fine) but definitely needed a good clean as well.

We booked three rooms the day of so we could shower and repack from our outside work before heading to airport. Got there and 1/3 rooms were told they did not have hot water and the two others were not told and let it run waiting for it to get hot. They said they could cancel our room and send us to another property to see if they had availability but we did not have time to go searching for a room.

Not Recommended It was a quick place to stay after landing at midnight but it was so old and rundown. The room, bathroom and hallways were dirty. The shower head was falling apart. Would not recommend
