Hot tub was cold, pool was freezing. Rooms and elevator run down and dated

Had to switch rooms since our original room had no hot water in which to shower. There was dirt/debris in the corners of the bathroom, a brown stain above the toilet, tattered hand towels, the phone looks like it was never cleaned and there were crumbs in the crease of the desk chair. We didn’t eat in the room. When we went down to breakfast, most items had not been replenished and my husband said the decaf coffee tasted like cleaner. Paint was peeling. Door handle to our room was broken. Was not offered clean towels because 2 nights is considered an extended stay and services are offered every 3 days. No covered smoking areas. Staff was rude and not helpful. Didn’t have regular creamer for coffee. I would not recommend this place.
The room had a foul musty odor. There were stains on the walls, bottom of the bed, towels and a thick thick layer of dust on most of the furniture. How water was like warm at best. Hot tub was not working. And the beds are horrible.
It was very broken down. My room had no door knob on the bathroom door.
