On the positive side, the staff was very nice, and the location was convenient. However, the physical facility had issues and I am unlikely to stay there again as a result. The elevator was very jerky and did not feel safe; the electrical outlet on the lamp next to the bed did not work and I could not plug in medical equipment I needed; the wifi was considered to be too insecure to access by all of our electronic devices; the doors between the bedroom and the living room area of the suite have glass panes, so that the light ... read more

The room was filthy. Mattress had blood and fear looked like fecal matter on it! Pillows were stained

Staff were very kind. The front lobby was bright. Convenient location to airport. Many different restaurants in walking distance to hotel. The rest of the hotel was in rough shape. Everything from the furniture, to the doors, to the tv, hot tub and ice machine was either out of order or damaged. They were doing some repairs but not a lot. The room and bathroom were spacious but dirty. There were towels and 1 bar of soap, that is it.

We should have found a different hotel after it took an hour for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport (hotel is 7 min away). They initially told us it could take up to 20 minutes to pick us up- after a full hour and 3 calls to the front desk, we finally got picked up in a horribly maintained shuttle van. Before booking this property, I called to confirm that there would be a shuttle to pick us up at the airport when we landed. We were delayed on our flight by 30 minutes. However, when we landed and called at 10:30pm they said that they didn't run shuttles past 10pm. When I placed my call (weeks before our trip) to them they said nothing about the times the shuttle ran. So we had to get an Uber. This hotel was convenient for what we wanted - but goodness, it was terrible. It was dirty and loud. I had called to confirm a crib twice before coming and then was told they didn't have one. I ended up having to put our 1 year old on the floor with the mattress from the sofa bed with a little barrier around her. She managed to scoot completely off the bed overnight into the dirty carpet.
