Lobby smells like bug spray, Hot tub not working. Bathroom in room, doors dirty and ill fitting, hair dryer didn't work and had to go to desk to get one.

Don’t stay here! It was dirty. The curtain rod was almost falling off the wall. Our sink was clogged and I reported it to the manager. He sent someone to fix it and to come back from eating to use the restroom and find a big nasty hair ball in the toilet. Beds were to small and not comfortable. Either were the pillows. The breakfast was dreadful. Food had not been replenished. No yogurt, no fresh fruit, only a few slices of white bread to make toast. There was coffee but no milk or cream only artificial whitener. Disappointing.

The staff were friendly and professional, but the accommodations, unfortunately, were not. The elevator I took to get to my room was in disrepair, creaking and groaning like it was barely functional. My hotel room door didn't close properly, so much so that you could almost see inside my hotel room while the door was shut. Major safety concern. ( I have pictures if proof is required). The bed sank into the middle of the bed so you couldn't sleep two people in a bed as you just rolled to the middle of the bed and into each other. the Bathroom doors didn't shut or have a handle on one of the doors.
