The room was disgusting. There was hair in the tubs and the sheets/comforter looked like someone walked on it with some nasty shoes. I literally stayed and 10 mins and asked for a refund. Never again will I choose this property.

Room was dirty, changed rooms to a slightly better room, hot tub didn’t work and elevator wasn’t working. Not a good experience at all

Spoon on the floor crumbs in microwave looked sketchy outside with homeless people digging in trash. Tv also didn't work.

Very upsetting that we were given wrong information time for breakfast and we were not able to have breakfast. Girl at check in said 7am and we planned for that and when we got to dining area rude lady said it is never at 7am.. rude

Staff were very nice and hard working. Looked like they were short staffed. Fitness center was out of order, hot tub was cold, dirty and had plastic floating in it. Breakfast did not start until 8:00 am. This is not a low price hotel and we were very disappointed.

The TV in my room did not work, They said they would send somebody down to look at it and nobody ever even showed up. There was no hot breakfast in the morning like I was supposed get when I woke up. Also the laundry dryer was not working. I had to fly home with damp clothes because the dryer did not fully dry them after tumbling for an hour.
