First off you the staff was very helpful and friendly the issue wasn’t with them. The property definitely needs some TLC. The elevators are in need of updating they definitely give you that uneasy feeling. Our first room the carpet was soaked around the AC unit. The room smelled so musty it was hard to handle. We did ask for another room and the desk staff was very apologetic and gave us another room. The second room smelled slightly better but the AC unit sounded like a Mac truck was when running. It is an airport hotel but they only provide breakfast from 7-9....I had an 8:30 flight and had to take 6:30 shuttle. The woman setting up would not give me anything to eat....and she had apples and bananas at arms reach...never heard of only 2 hours of breakfast..especially at an airport hotel

Do not be fooled by pics!!! This is not as described, hot tub was loud, cold and broken, pool was freezing cold, fitness area is out of order. Not one listed amenity worked. Elevators are super scary and dirty, the ceiling had water marks in it, the door keys barely worked and the tv remote didn’t either. No vending machines, had to pay $4 each for water bottles of cheap water. Doors slam all night long because they shut so hard. Breakfast lady was rude. This place is a total dump. The room we were given is disgusting. The room smells of mold and the bathtub faucet has a continuous leak. The bathroom doors were so disgusting and never been wiped w drippings, mold in the shower. The amount of dust on the furniture and panels above the beds are full of dust bunnies. I can’t believe they would even give a customer this room! I’ve taken lots of pictures to email corporate. Also, you gave us 1 bottle of tiny shampoo and one mini soap and the towel had a long pubic hair and stains... read more

Poop stains in the toilet - eventually did go away after enough flushes. Shower head covered in mold and mildew - just disgusting. Front counter associate very friendly and helpful. Walls paper thin - could hear neighbors and phone alarms sounding. Sofa bed had crumbs in it when we unfolded to use.
