Dirty , elevators were clearly in need of remodel. We choose this property also because it had a Gym and during the entire week we stayed was not open/ functioning. It appeared that it had been decommissioned for a while so it was misleading. Since stayed for a week we noticed that the secured door entrance in the back was never locked so unsafe. My first room the AC and phone didn’t work. Second room was somewhat dirty and I had no hot water and the toilet seat came off first time I tried to use it.

I was given a room that was already occupied when I entered it. It was pretty unsettling and could've caused an unsafe situation. The new room was just grimy and gross, if it wasnt 1am when I arrived, I would've left that hotel and picked another. I've stayed a different Laquinta Inn locations before and always had decent stays, this one was quite the disappointing exception.

When we walked in we found someone’s blunt in the room on the floor . Our sheets smelt like smoke . I was disappointed .

This hotel is NOT clean, PERIOD. I wish I could share the photos I have. Dust bunnies and crumbs in the closet floor. Crumbs on the rug. Corner of the room dirty. Elevators with stains and grim around the buttons. Even after asking for extra service to the room to clear the crumbs we decided to leave. This is unacceptably dirty. I would NOT recommend.

This has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed and room had human hair all over it and mold and was not cleaned at all. Leaking water in the shower and faucets. The manager is also super shady and will lie to not help or refund you at all. Stay away from this property at all costs.

We stayed for a week, we asked the front desk to changed the sheets and clean the room at least 3 times, they said they were going to do it and never did.

The outside of the property seemed clean. It’s close to dining options with no public transport. When we entered our root smelled musty and moldy. The ac/heating until was leaking so bad onto the floor that it was wet. The fitness center was closed with no explanation. The bed was odd and very uncomfortable

Bed was set up with head lower than feet. Room smelled like cigarettes a air conditioner didn’t work. We had no tv remote or shampoo,etc
