Overall the whole experience was summarized as dirty! Cockroaches, chucks of dirt and mold in the room.
Parking spaces were not put back together properly after painting as I parked in a Handicapped space and a metal spike caught the front of my car and ripped my bumper and fender off , Room was clean and good , Was told jacuzzi was in working order when making reservation but it was cold . Shavon was very nice as was other staff . I left a statement with your front desk people . Thank You
They property is very loud and very outdated . Crowds mingling in the lobby . Heard every door close and both rooms on both side could hear them using the restrooms while we were trying to sleep . Not very sound proofed rooms .
Selected this hotel because of airport transportation but they did not say their shuttle stops at 10 pm. Disappointing because I called the day before to ask about the shuttle service and was not told about the time limit. Would have selected a different hotel had I known.

The phone in the room was broken and the mini fridge leaked a huge pool of water. Front desk didnt care. Had to switch rooms without help. Had late checkout, but housekeeping kept banging on and opening the door and trying to get in every half hour starting at 9am.

I have been there before, maybe about 4 or 5 yrs ago, just when the remodelling started. the service was much better, I notice room service has changed, breakfast hours are too short, snacks too expensive ( water $4.00!!!! 12 oz) So different. I does not worth the cost to stay there.
