Staff was grate, very friendly. But hotel was dirty, bathroom had mold around the shower, Bathing towels had light yellow patches on white towels and the worst part was the room overall had a fowl smell.

I was checked into a room that was dirty, trash can was not empty from the last guests. The bed had human hairs all over it, the bath tub was leaking, I contacted front desk about my experience and they gave me another room but the bed was also filthy in the second room. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The check in attendant was very friendly and helpful but the line to wait for checking into our room was long. Our room was dirty, especially the bathroom and it was VERY noisy. The guests in the room next to ours were extremely loud until late hours and we didn’t sleep much before our early morning flight.

Checked in after a canceled flight, no transportation. Needed to get back to airport in morning, no transportation. No breakfast available. Very pricey for no services provided.

Anne, thank you for sharing your feedback. We do offer a daily breakfast weekday from 7AM and weekends from 8AM. We also offer a free shuttle from 5AM to 10PM. We are very sorry if your traveling time did you permit you from participating and any of these complimentary services.
I left the hotel because of the poor room set and support from staff. I was told that I will get a refund for the other days and it did not happen. I was charged forc2 days and as “no shown” in one of them ( I was never a non shown).

There’s mold in the elevators there is mold in my room there is mold in the pool there was mold on the pool chairs. There was bugs and and mold in the hot tub. I had a little cut on my ankle, which got infected from the nasty mold in the pool. I couldn’t breathe in my room because of all the mold in hotel. I have a lot of pictures if you’d like to see them, I’d like more than my money back. I’d like to shut you down.

the hotel lobby nice but rooms need to change the bed and repair the bathroom tub the tv we had to wait until 10 or 15 min to set up air contion at the hall way were not working and breasfast sure be start at 6am like other htl maria alvarado very very nice i explain to her the way i felt i am a travel agency and i will not send my passager to a htl like this again i was with my client because we were taking a cruise and very very upset

Worst hotel in the area! LaQuinta was my go to in the past but this was ridiculous.
