Overnight stay Only good thing was close to airport. Otherwise somewhat disappointing, despite the fact that I had lowered expectations.

The night lobby person was very unfriendly. Sorry I don't remember her name. Young girl who acted like I was bothering her by checking in

Okok Price doubled since last visit. Price doubled since last visit. Price doubled since last year. Oranges are going up. Strawberries are coming down. NFL is going down. Gas is going up.

Disappointing accommodations. I was assigned a handicapped room on the first floor that I did not need nor request! Why?? My reservation was made over a week before, plenty of time to have secured a regular room on one of the upper floors. Too tired of driving to complain once settled in room. Not happy with lack of care on my stay. Paid for a regular room @ $152.00 and it should have been provided!

First room had smoking odor even in a none smoking hotel and we were given a new room right away Did get startled by a homeless person sitting off to one side of the back door about 5 am

Rude Very rude shuttle driver and wouldn’t give us early breakfast even though we were leaving before hand and stuff was set up

No shuttle pick up when clerk says there was Fist fight outside our door at 4 am Morning shuttle driver great

No heat is kinda big deal Staff was nice and prompt, but no one could fix the rooms heater and temperature dropped to 50. They did give me a partial ($20) refund but...

They had roaches! Just nasty and we received a noise complaint at 1 am when we were trying to sleep
