Rude check-in Clerk Pros: Closeness to the airport Cons: Shuttle service earlier in the morning, i.e., 4:00 am for those with a 6:00 am flight time I had an issue getting back into my room after leaving it to go find some water with just my room key. I was in Room 225 (second floor). This incident happened about 20 minutes after I checked in. When I returned to my room, my room key wouldn't unlock to door. I went to the front desk to get help. Hard to recommend. Pros: It's very close to the airport. The elevator was very dirty. The a/c in the room was not operational which I was not told at check-in. I knew I was in trouble when I saw the small desk fan on the floor when I opened the door. And, the TV would not turn on either with the remote or at the TV. I won't be back.

Dirty hotel, rooms smell of old ciggrettes You get what you pay for, I'd recommend paying a few more dollars for a much nicer stay...this hotel was very dirty, the pool was dark and full-on leaves, the bathrooms were not clean, and the overall condition of the hotel was ran down.

Room not ready at checking. Pros: The lobby area was attractive with plenty of seating. Cons: The shuttle promised did not depart till 6am. Ridiculous since early flights out of the airport require 2 hour prior arrival to go through TSA. Location: Had to use a taxi to the airport, only a 10 minute ride but costs $13. No early shuttle to airport. I arrived at 3:30 pm for a 3pm checking and my executive prepaid suite was not ready. Close to airport Pros: Location. Towels in the bathroom were clean and looked new.Staff were friendly.Had a good flat screen tv and wifi worked. Cons: Too much to list. Location: Just a few minutes to the airport, restaurants nearby,easy to find. This was my first stay at a La Quinra and it will be my last. The hotel is badly in need of renovation. Definitely a basic hotel not worth it This hotel is definitely a 2 star. I needed a reasonably priced room because of the short time I'd be in town and close to the airport. I did not expect fancy but I expected clean and didn't get that feel. My husband walked into the bathroom and killed 2 cockroaches. I turned the air conditioning down and it became muggy real quick with a weird smell so I turned it up and didn't even work anymore. I got more air circulation from opening the window. Disgusting! This hotel was the worst I've stayed at in my 30+ years of travel! I know it's a La Quinta, but I expected at least clean. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, the shower was broken, there was mike everywhere, the room was filthy, there were leaks everywhere...too much to detail.

Too pricey for the hotel condition Pros: Room size and hotel location. Cons: Facilities need to be remodel; it's too old. Location: Great location Hotel needs to be updated. Carpet is too dirty. Staff is OK. Thumbs down for the breakfast; only cereal, waffle and old bread.

Very old hotel and bathroom was dirty! Pros: The only good side is that it's 7 mins from the airport. Very bad hotel. Bathroom was dirty...i first thought that there was a 'Stain'' on the toilet bowl...but it came off when i tried to wash it...yurk... the breakfast was minimal. This hotel seriously need renovation and new paint.
