The mattress was ripped open and worn on the side and had springs sticking out. One spring had poked through the sheet and scratched my leg.

Didn’t like double doors to bathroom with no lock.

Good hotel, scam delivery company Very nice location and nice room. Only issue is an awful business that claims to sell pizza, subs, etc. by delivery. Its a big scam. The hotel does post a warning out the front desk. But the scam company slips ads under your door so its easy to make a mistake and buy from them. They have no address and just charge your card or delievr something that was made in an unknown place.

Unfriendly check in...always love to have to hear about how overworked the agent is...not. Unsightly yellow stain on bedspread, had to have it replaced. Bed sagged in the middle. Room was otherwise ok...

We had a king bed with a pullout couch for my son. The springs under the mattress stuck up at odd points making it impossible to get comfortable. Sheets were delivered for that pullout but they didn't fit the mattress. Only one thin blanket was provided. The desk agent was unconcerned about our discomfort.

We appreciate your feedback. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our pull out couches are not comparable to our room beds. The pull out couches are similar to a camping mattress. We do offer rooms with 2 beds if that would better assist your family in the future

Drunks in room next to us used the hotel for a quick overnight before catching a plane the next am. hotel was ok, room was clean, looks they did a quick rehab but not the elevators. not sure why they place all of the guests together when place was half empty as we ended being awaken by two drunks next door that did not know how to moderate their loudness. Lesson learned, no more cheap hotels/ motels.

We researched the issue and we do show that security was alerted and went to the room to take care of the noise situation. We do hope that you will accept our apologies and know that we have security here at night to enforce policies and keep our guests safe. As you can see from our past reviews this is a very isolated incident. We do hope you will give us another try in the future at our newly remodeled hotel.

You can hear everything outside of your door. You can hear people walking past the door, you can hear complete conversations and activity's coming from rooms next door and across the hall. There is no sealing around the doors and you can see the light from the outside coming in around the frame of your door. The rooms are clean though and nice looking too. But there is very little privacy and we will not return for this reason.
