Parking was limited and the facility was filled with bikers. Most were not curdious and were rude. I don’t recommend they come back.

I apologize for the group, we had in the hotel over the weekend. Most of them were Veterans, and I'm sorry that there was a challenge with parking.
Staff was very dismissive of my problem, when in fact everything was correct; they were simply out of toner therefore my reservation wasn’t available. I spent 2 unnecessary hours on the phone with Expedia troubleshooting a problem that could have been fixed with a little research.

Front desk service was awful, we showed up after a long day of travel with a newborn and were ignored by two front desk agents who continued to answer phone calls instead off helping us. The room smelled like musty smoke

We didn’t get the wake up call we ordered. The shuttle to the airport was full so they called us a cab. The cab was so late we had to call and pay for an Uber driver.

It was not clean and the property in rough shape. The pillows were in need of replacement 10 years ago. The beds were awful also.

They tried to double our nightly fee because we arrived after midnight on a late flight. They said rooms were automatically cancelled after this time if not checked in. its a scam. they did not get away with it. when I pushed back they made it go away and fixed it. they said was in fine print of Expedia contract, I never saw it anywhere and Expedia was also surprised. hotel was nice, close to airport. good breakfast.
