Disappointed The handicap room was not really. I could not get into tub. A true handicap room has walk in shower. Water pressure was not even enough to rinse hair. Got stuck in elevator for at least 20 minutes. Called sister that was on a different floor to call the front desk to let them know. When we left the next morning to try to get compensation for the room he never called. Husband called and spoke to him a day later and he said he would get back with us after talking to booking but never heard from anyone. Staff was n... read more

I do not believe I will stay in this hotel again. I purposely requested a room with a specific type of shower and was extremely disappointed that it did not work. Upon checkout I received an apology but the comment was “oh it works but you have to kinda do it a certain way” Not a great explanation in my opinion. Location is okay. I have stayed here before but it has somewhat deteriorated in quality. We were not happy with our stay. The noise was none stop with people, doors and traffic. The tv was too small. The bed and the pillows were worn out. The breakfast was fair. Better than nothing. I liked the room layout the first night.

Stained Linens The linens had large water stains. The convenience.

Feeling buggy We did not appreciate the cockroaches in one of our rooms. When we showed the front desk agent she informed us of a cockroach infestation that they obviously were unable to control. We asked for and they agreed to refund us our money due to the bugs but still have not given us the refund. We were forced to find another hotel for the night after midnight due to this issue. They refuse to contact me in any way and it's impossible to reach them on the phone.

Mala actitud del gerente de piso El gerente de piso fue muy descortés, al llegar me asignó un habitación para personas discapacitadas, al ver la habitación inmediatamente bajé y le expliqué que pase más de un año en cama por problemas en ambas rodillas, y que ese tipo de habitaciones me traían malos recuerdos, me daban fobia y ataques de ansiedad, le pedí que me cambiara de habitación a lo que se rehuso y me dijo que la próxima vez reservé con el directamente y no con booking, le ofrecí pagar cualquier diferencia en la tarif... read more
