my room was stinky. My room was stinky! I had to but Febreeze and spray it constantly to kill the smell. I stayed at LQ before in 2018 and loved it! It has really gone down hill. Room was outdated. No smart TV. Netflix only worked sometimes. Location

Poor The TV remote did not work. I took it to staff twice but they refused to fix it. They suggested I try to fix it myself. The breakfast was not very good. The overnight staff was very unusual. Drug addict/tweekie unusual. There was a bed to sleep in and a nice shower. There was a pool. There was a hot tub.

My stay was decent. The room had a pet urine odor and the bathroom was not fully clean. Staff was very friendly. The entrance area was very nice and clean.

very disappointed! The elevator near the lobby kept getting stuck on the second floor causing us to walk down the stairs. When I told the desk clerk he made it sound like it was the first time he had heard about it. Another guest told us it's been like that for days. We were there 3 nights and the elevator was never fixed! The Breakfast was a disappointment also. The Cereal bins contained stale Raisin Bran in all 3 bins! Hotel room nice and clean, breakfast was good. Also for a small pack of M & M’s and small Reese’s Cup cost was $9.50 We checked in, and went to our room on the 3rd floor toward the front of the hotel in the elevator. We had to go get some ice, and the ice machine was out of order on 3rd floor. Went to the elevator to go downstairs and the elevator was broke. Took stairs down to front desk. Fair elevators didn’t go down to 1st floor, dryer and ice machine on the floor out of order. had to carry luggage and baseball down flight of stairs and couldn’t wash dirty baseball clothes without a dryer. been there before never had a problem, multiple issues this time with no one around to fix or trying to fix the issues rooms were clean

This stay was sub par compared to previous visits. Asked for handicap room, since husband has bad knee and back problems, but were placed in regular room on fifth floor, and the elevator was out the morning we left. Sharp edge on door caught him in the rear end causing a bad bruise. Had to clean fecal matter off side of toilet when we arrived. The location is close to family and plenty of restaurants. Decent enough breakfast; more fruit options would have been nice.
