over all good except for the key thing. The lock to the room was not working so I have to go down to get my key rest everytime I went into my room. Breakfast is not that healthy The room is clean and efficient, spacious

Housekeeping broke into my suite while I was changing the staff was rude. the person checking us in was cold but more importantly housekeeping broke into our suite 20 minutes before check out. I was getting dressed!! Pounded on the door like the FBI then opened the door after we made our presence known. Extremely rude and unprofessional! If check out is at 12, why were they breaking down the door at 11:40?? The jacuzzi is nice, the room was clean and the bed was comfy

okay hotel for the value needs some repairs. our shower would not drain properly, the knob in the shower was falling off. the door to our room was very hard to open convenient location

Disappointing The beds were very uncomfortable and there was mold on the outside of our window and smelled very bad and musty. The elevator made so many noises and was very slow to close the door and start running, we got stuck in e when it didn’t move at all for like 3 mins

Bad I booked this hotel two months in advance, just to drive 9 hours and then be told that I can't check in because I don't have a credit card. My debit card was not good enough for them. Luckily, the Extended Stay America next door to them had an available room for the week at the last minute. They were very accommodating and wonderful throughout my stay. I would recommend them over the LA Quinta.

Will never stay again The bed was very uncomfortable, lighting in the room was poor, toilet seat was so low, eggs at breakfast were cold. Location
