will now stay here again . our shower curtain was dirty. the elevator was filthy. the duvet covers were empty - found the down insert stuffed in the closet . the carpets looked dirty . there was a dirty washcloth on the lower shelf in the bathroom . the location is great. the breakfast was good. the staff was nice .

Would not return unless an emergency Carpet was filthy, staff was unfriendly, walls were thin and very noisy in our room

Hectic The water wouldn't drawing from the bathroom sink as well as there was only one thin sheet on the bed ND all I heard was doors slamming al night unable to complete homework assignments will not return

Fair Staff was not pleasant at all.
A Stinker The stench of dirty laundry is embedded in the room. Carpet and walls desperately need thorough sanitizing. If the toilet was any lower you would be sitting on the floor.
Disappointing We were put in a handicap room and the shower didn't work.

Pictures fooled me…great location tho The room wasn’t very clean. Hair all over my sheets, dirty pillows with no pillow cases. Moldy shower, and gross shower curtain. Stains on furniture, rusty lamp chargers and the microwave and fridge looked dirty as well. The elevators are very small and not clean as well. Luckily I’m a pro at staying at hotels so I just bring my own stuff and clean as I go and disinfect but it could’ve been cleaner for sure. Bed and pillows awesome the rest needs a lot of work even attitude of clerk at the desk. Everything is listed above Dog across the hall and down kept barking and barking. The bed was the best part it was so comfortable and the pillows were awesome wish I had them at home. The key cards 98% of the time did not work to the door to get in the building or to get on the room. Other people were having the same troubles we were switching out key cards to try at the building door till it would finally work. Or had to walk around to ... read more
