Met our goal ofmhaving a room very close to Orlando/Sanford airport. Room smelled stale when we entered first time. Very good breakfast.

Mooi hotel op een mooie groene lokatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Het geluid van de snelweg I4 was behoorlijk goed binnen te horen. Wij hebben goed geslapen ondanks het verkeerslawaai maar denk dat andere dit best wel heel hinderlijk kunnen vinden. Geweldige kamer, schoon en netjes en het ontbijt was typisch amerikaans.
Exceptional Stay clear of "Maria" she is the general manager! Not only is she rude, but she makes a 5 star turn into a zero. I came down for breakfast, just brought room key, got my food. My room key wouldn't open my door, ran back down to get a reprogram. MARIA TOLD ME THAT SHE NEEDS MY ID TO REPROGRAM MY KEY. WHO BRINGS THEIR WALLET TO A FREE IN HOUSE BREAKFAST. Good Wi-fi isn’t working if you have an Apple device. They told us we have to call an IT department and someone will help us with the connection. When we came to the hotel, there was already a lady having the same problem. We called and it was busy. We wasted a lot of time and finally told the receptionist that it is their duty to call and fix wi-fi for us. We weren’t warned that there are internet connection problems. Disappointing Very noisy rooms on the first floor . Very smelly odor in room 108. HVAC needs repair as it doesn’t read proper temperature.
