Nice room, good staff, bad elevator. Hard to regulate air conditioning. Need to work on front elevator! We had pressed down when the elevator went to the top floor, froze & the door would not open. We kept ringing the elevator bell & the phone in the elevator did not work. All three of us in there finally pulled out our cell phones & called the front desk to let them know we were stuck in the elevator. Poor We had cockroaches in our room and when we told the receptionist it was like it was no big deal so we left and drove three hours home very disappointing!

Pest control issues. Could not expect that at a +$100/ night place. Roaches, suspect bed bugs or severe alergy I’ve never had before. Friendly, good breakfast, great location. Changed a room and refunded the first night after complaint.

Inconvenient paving work without advance notice. We booked on Booking.com. On the night of our arrival it rained hard. The hotel had just done extensive paving of the front entrance and the parking lots. There was no reasonable access to the front desk (except walking over the wet lawn) and no parking whatsoever. We ended parking in an adjacent parking lot that belongs to another property. Pleasant The air vent in bathroom was saturated with dust. Not cleaned in years? I have Asthma and this was problem. I asked staff 3 times to clean it. Finally last day cleaned partially. Breakfast bar was ok but big staff were a little unkempt( wrinkled clothes) and totally unfriendly even when trying to make casual conversation. Nice location. Cleanliness.

Good Noise. Groups took over the floor and pool and were loud obnoxious and left no opportunity for sleep or swimming, respectively. While the pool situation could not be managed the noise could’ve been. Staff failed to manage successfully. Also. I offered this feedback already-verbally and in writing yet received multiple feedback and survey requests which makes me question if the feedback mechanisms used by LQ are effective or coordinated at all.
