Unacceptable Staff Behavior I have been staying at this hotel for 6 weeks now and I have bookings for another 5 weeks. I planned to stay at your property 5 nights a week for 6 weeks starting the 4th week in July. The purpose of my stay is to be near my university's campus. I live in Kissimmee. Gross This hotel was filthy! I just gave 3 sad faces and 2 ok faces in the review and you calculate it as a 3.3? No wonder your reviews are deceiving! I booked this hotel based on positive reviews and now I know why it sucked so badly! Booking.com review scale is deceiving!
Okay When we first walked into the room it had a pet odor, so I called the front desk and she said we could change to another room a few doors down, so I went down and got the new key cards. When we walked into this room it smelled the same, so I called the desk again and asked it they had any room freshener spray. She said to ask the housekeepers on the floor. Overall I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay and probably won’t be back. The pool was closed and we weren’t informed until we asked on our second day of the stay. We paid extra to stay at a hotel with a pool.... The water was shut off during one day of our stay without notice to the guests. I went to a wedding smelling like lake water— because I had to go swimming in the lake because the pool at the hotel was closed. Overall, I would not give this hotel a good rating and our family WILL not return. We stay in Lak This Hotel was a joke! The front desk has no clue the rear elevators were broken even though there were notes posted on every floor of the hotel. Upon check in the room that was given to us had a horrible odor pet odor. Relaxing I wanted to take a bath but the rubber mat attached to bottom of tub had black around it. Asked housekeeper and she said she had nothing to clean it. Also back door was supposed to be card entry only. People were walking right in! No card needed! Silence in room

Great Kids running around all wet from Pool into Lobby and elevators area, they should be placed in lower floors and reserve top floors for adults only so people like me should not be bothered with running kids especially after 11pm, they should have someone controlling these kids coming into Lobby area all wet. Everything, this hotel to me is better than Marriott and it should be rated 4 Stars.
