Horrible Hotel Staff and cleanliness First it was what looked like a old bloody hand print on the ceiling. Second the staff is extremely rude! Three we left early bc the walls / floor are so then if ANYONE walks slightly hard the ppl beneath you hears it. We have a toddler and he would run from the bathroom to the bed, the ppl below us complained and immediately the front desk called and said we would get kicked out. Disappointing
Poor Did not have air in my room till the last night of my stay. They had to replace unit. The attendant acted like I was just stupid and could not work the air. I stayed from Thursday till Sunday my room was a humid hell. My room did not have good light. My room was clean.
You get what you pay for for. Very cheap price but very low quality facility and service The AC in the room was very loud, made an obnoxious noise and the restroom si l stopper was broken eso it wouldn’t come back up to drain the water The breakfast was literally a granola bar and a bottle of water that was already pre packed and ready to go. Bad No breakfast as advertised , carpet had been cleaned the day we got there and the floor was still wet and smelled of cleaner
Disappointing I made reservations for 3 adults for 2 nights. Only had 3 towels and 3 washcloths in room. Had to ask for more. Microwave was dirty on the outside. Hotel had a smell. Hallways were hot. Would not choose to stay here again. The staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient.
