Disappointing The person that did check in was very nice but all other personnel had poor customer service. They did not even greet us The initial person that did the check in. She was very understanding and accommodating. She made us feel welcome.

Many rooms My first room: the odor of pot was so strong I could get a contact high Room 2 : we had thousands of small spiders all over the place Room 3 no A/C Room 4: the toilet bowl did not flush. We used a garbage can to flush for five days. The location and fairly safe

Find somewhere else to stay The 3rd floor where we stayed had a smell of marijuana in the hallway throughout our stay. The website advertised a breakfast, on arrival we were informed there would be none. Someone left dog poop at the entrance to the hotel. I had constant issues with the key, not being able to access the entrance. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, There was no way to adjust the AC. No one asked about cleaning our room throughout the entire stay, nor did they attempt to clean.

Disappointing Obviously no breakfast because of Coronavirus, but they could've cut the price for it. Receptionist wasn't professional and not friendly. Beds were horrible, no comfy at all, sheets weren't clean so did pillows. It was smoke free hotel and in the bathroom was cigarette smell because neighbors were smoking and they were so loud all night smashing doors and nobody manage that part. It was my first time staying in La Quinta hotels and I will never stay in this hotels chain. Nothing

Put on a mask or get put out. The staff was rude. Over heard one member boasting to a guest how many other guest she had thrown out for not wearing a mask in the lobby upon entry. Had to call to get in and claim my reservation . Last time I will stay with you The hot water could strip paint from aircraft.
