It was terrible and discomfort after long time driving at the same time working Breakfast not available for the global pandemic was good except the poor cleaning in the room all dust in the carpets is very clearly don't clean for long time. Also the bath tub is was completely with mold in the walls. The bed it was discomfort for sleep. The room space excelente and the center area location.

Bad Staff was rude and unprofessional, manager does not call back, no amenities were active and was not told that. Very nice remodeling.
Bad I had just came out of surgery so I had booked a room for 3 days & the room wasn’t to my mobility stay when I walked to view the room. The fridge was too low for me to get into, because I can’t bend & sit down...so I explained to the clerk I was by myself, had no help yet to accommodate me & asked for a refund, but clerk charged anyways for a day even when I asked to leave , so I no other choice but to have a very uncomfortable day/night stay. Pleasant Absolutely terrible construction, even though it’s an extremely appealing design and decor. End result, there is virtually ZERO sound insulation. Every toilet flush in adjoining rooms, every conversation, face washing, shower and countless other sounds kept me awake in a way I haven’t experienced even in much cheaper, less appealing places. Shower did not drain. After 15 minutes there was still at least 6 inches of dirty water in the tub. Also, no cot or sof
