Fair The staff very friendly I have no complaints, but I would not return the smell in the facility was not very pleasant, then the noise from the other rooms with music too loud, late at night. not to mention that we stayed 3 nights and the room was never cleaned, they didn't even bring clean towels, really bad cleaning The staff very friendly, very satisfied with them.

Terrible room location, room was directly across from the elevator. Noise all night. View was bad. The mattress was THE WORSE!!!!! Very non supportive mattress, terrible night trying to sleep. Wi fi in and out all night! Cable TV was not working correctly.

Will never stay here again. I will sleep on the street before coming here again No breakfast, not even a donut. Only French roast coffee what a joke. Also served from 6:00 am till 8:00 am Also another joke.

Disappointing Rooms needed to be cleaned better. For what needed to be done to improve the cleanliness would have not taken much effort. Seems people don’t take much pride in their work. And management needs to oversee their work is done, properly. Location
Disappointing Two towels have hairs and the bathroom were not very clean. Also at 2 AM someone was yelling in the hallway on the 3rd floor where I was staying.. The location and the beds..

Because of Covid, it was hard to judge, but cannot recommend under the circumstances Because of Covid, NOTHING was available. No pool - which I assumed. The bed was not very comfortable. I wasn't told in advance that there would be no breakfast, however, they did tell me when I arrived. They did not inform me that there would be no maid service because of Covid.
