Disappointing Chlorine smell in the water, morning staff was very rude just staring at us like we did something wrong, the TV had very limited channels Hot tub was good but the water in the pool and hot tub were very strong with the odor of chlorine

As for the pool and hot tub we had them repaired last week and verified by inspector, but it could have been a strong odor of chlorine since we did have to drain the water and make sure all of the chemicals were balanced. Good Hotel Saturday night there were kids running all throughout the hallway yelling until midnight The staff here is amazing. We have stayed here a lot this summer for my daughter's sport activities.

No one to write to much about We reserved a room for a double for one night . Got there and the room totally smelled like terrible body odor, soon as you opened the door it hit you! We were switched to a king room with the couch pull out that room smell like pure cigarette smoke. So I obviously got a refund for the room. The front deal lady was amazing and very kind and helpful throughout the ordeal. Still waiting on my refund by the way. Location

Disappointing I found roaches on 2 separate stays 1 adult roach one baby roach. I liked the staff, the location, and the amenities.
