Order a cleaning service or pay your cleaners more. EVERYTHING IS VERY DIRTY. The hotel is sooo dirty. Everything is dirty, from the parking entrance to the furniture in the room. Dirty carpets, broken closet doors, sagging sofas, a dirty elevator, walkways in the hallway, windows, and the grounds around the hotel. I know it's the manager and staff who are to blame. For my protection I locked my bank card to avoid charges since I wasn’t able to check in. Computer systems were down; unable to locate reservation; advised of not able to process payment and had to make other arrangements; no WiFi connection was available to use; walked out and left property; only had one lady tending to front desk while also answering phone calls and other tasks! Not recommended! Nothing!

Mala experiencia, sucio y descuidado. Muy sucio, muy descuidado. Lo peor es que no hacen aseo diario en las habitaciones e incluso hay un anuncio en el front desk que lo dice, y para solicitarlo se debe avisar con 24 hr de anticipación. Yo nunca había estado en un hotel en el que no se haga el aseo de las habitaciones a diario. Muy desagradable que las camas queden destendidas y la basura de los baños permanezca en ellos. I never got my room because I paid through booking.com and when I went to get my room key she wanted me to pay again. The night time worker. She’s rude, unprofessional, and I ALWAYS have issues with her. I usually love the property because it’s convenient

Not worth the value, needs a remodel and deep clean The pool was so gross you couldn’t even dip your feet in it and the jacuzzi was not hot at all, very cold and spa pressure was barely there. My first room had paint peeling, mold on the shower ceiling and the bathroom was the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The staff were nice and they did move me and the next room was better but not great. My parents stayed here and said it was nice but I guess they had a remodeled room.
