it was okay. wished they cared more about their guests concerns our TV didn’t work from the get go. maintenance came to fix it. it still didn’t work. maintenance said they’d come back...but never did. so we just left the hotel early even though we wanted to relax and watch TV. next day, same thing. we called and they didn’t seem concerned. they did let us know that our room was the only one having TV problems...yet didn’t offer for us to move rooms. they just had a “sorry about your luck” attitude which sucked. good location... read more

Good value OK breakfast Eggs for breakfast were terrible........they tasted like powdered eggs also, could use USB outlets Very convenient and love pet policy. Nice room well light.

Outdated, dirty, uncomfortable - Our room was very dirty. The bathroom sink and bath had dirt built up, the curtain shower was stained. The bed was extremely hard, the pillows were okay. The A/C unit in our room didn’t work it just made a very loud noise when we would turn it on. The fact that our room was near the elevator didn’t help either. We were hearing everything that was going on outside. This property desperately needs some renovations. Location near the airport can be convenient.

convenient. the property made it difficult for guests to walk to the shops that are right next door. The fitness center only has cardio equipment, no weights. the location and shuttle service to the airport
