other than the smell all was good. The smell of the place, as I walked it smelled dusty, later in the room I decided the word should have been musty.

Great! The bathtub not pleasant to bathe in due it being stained. Yuck The shuttle bus able to take us to any restaurants and breakfast

Great location but very disappointed in our reservation which was for two separate double beds. We did NOT get a room with double bed and the other family member needed her own bed due to a severe back injury. I had reserved a room online that had 2 beds. King bed itself was not a good bed and needs to be replaced. We were disappointed in the actual appearance of the rooms. Super great employee at check-in. Very apologetic with no rooms w double beds which we had reserved.

Disappointing My two beds were full of dogs hair, the floor was really dirty same the restroom wasn't clean , and when my baby girl and my mom take a shower water was hot and then cold and hot and cold , I was really disappointed, I will never stay there again. The manager from housekeeping and one of their employees housekeeping where super nice people they're working really hard to make sure my room was better thank you lady's

Okay The bathroom was clean; however, the quality of the bathroom, including the bathtub, was subpar. The room and the beds are small; therefore, although the listing may say it supports up to 4 guests, it will be very cramped in the room with 4 guests that each have their own luggage. The staff are very punctual, and the hotel offers a complimentary breakfast to-go bag for people leaving prior to the opening of the official complimentary breakfast.

Pleasant We called for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport twice and waited a total of about 50 minutes after they told us about 20.min wait. I finally gave money to another hotel shuttle to take us. In our room the hot water did not go to the shower head , so the water was hot out to the bath but when you switched to shower mode it was cold. They agree to switch our room, in the other room the batroom sink was clogged , it would take about 2 min. to fill while brushing teeth or rinsing the razor, then about 5 minutes w... read more

Perfect other than that little dog, we did have ear plugs We were on the 7th floor and check in about 10pm. Down the hall somewhere a small dog was barking on and off for hours! Just thought you should know. We should have called the front desk but felt the dog had just been left alone in the room cause can’t imagine anyone in the room allowing that Almost everything was good to great
