The hotel was crowded due to Final Four. Kids enjoyed pool. Was close to restaurants/shopping One room reaked of smoke....I don't care for the spray used to cover it. Unfortunately the maid didn't notice the smell and take care of it before I got there. That perhaps could have lessened the smell. The carpet was dirty. Few of the towels were worn out...scratchy as my grandchild remarked. No place to site at breakfast given it was Final Four weekend---we got down there at 8:15 one morning and at 9:00 the other. Just stayed the night whilst traveling cross country. We found the desk staff to be rude . The woman who checked us in was rude and unfriendly. My boyfriend actually went back up to the desk and suggested she could have welcomed us or suggested we enjoy our stay. Your employees need some training if they are to work in the “hospitality” industry. We have other choices. We stayed overnight whilst traveling.

Fair they gave our room to someone else and they moved us to a diffrent location
Next time in San Antonio I will decently try to stay elsewhere. Bathroom had a hair on the door, towels starting to look dingy and way too much notice from kids running through the hall way at a very late time at night. I was able to check in an hour early.

Fair Room was comfortable but bathroom needed cleaning and shower curtain was covered with black mold. Cannot believe that cleaning people left it like that. Downstairs eating area needed cleaning. Place needs updating for the price being charged.
