Good for a quick layover with a pet This facility was not clean. The bathrooms look like they have never seen bleach. Also the shuttle is now running on limited hours which is fine but would have been nice to know prior to booking. Also breakfast is no longer offered due to Covid again which is fine but let it be known prior to booking. The drink machine which takes credit cards only was charging $6.00 a drink and the laundry facilities (one washer and one dryer) was $8.00 also only works with credit card. Bad We didn’t feel comfortable. Woke up seeing a tell black scary figure when everyone was in the beds. The dog was Staring and barking at it.
Disappointing Airport shuttle is NOT 24-HR shuttle. Rooms were not very clean. Lots of street car and light rail noise. This hotel has been very used. Beds is sagging and room is in much need of a makeover. Toilet seat (plastic) & flooring (tile) is scratched. Location to the airport
BAd experience. Bath tub/shower dirty with old traces of hair from previous customer. Marijuana stink through out the floor. Pimps/dope selling people outside the facility. Never again

horrible management still have no deposit back and its been a month. after extending the reservation was told i had to leave half way throughthe day

We release deposits back to the bank upon checkout, it is then up to the bank to release the hold, and depending on the bank and the type of card this can take quite some time. It was fair for a one night stay. The bathroom was not cleaned properly nor was there any complimentary body wash. Plus, the bathroom needs a trash can and the electrical socket next to the dresser doesnt hold a plug, it's too loose. Location was perfect and the staff were very friendly

Stale smoke smell. The rooms smelled like stale smoke and the bed was very uncomfortable. No breakfast was offered

They need to demolish this location and rebuild. This place needs to be remodeled, carpet in room had stains. Found loose change and pills on the floor next to the bed. Would not recommend. Was in room 126 Close to restaurants
