Horrible experience The first room we went too had toe nails on the floor and pink lip marks on the sheets, hair all over beds and toilet. Second room we went to had pubic hairs in bed. Finally the third room we moved to was ok.. but nothing to rave about! Very disappointed! That I could bring my dog at no extra cost

Very Poor Room was a little dirty. Sheets were also dirty and the mattresses were old. Change the mattresses to new ones and make sure the sheets and room is clean.

Since the airport shuttle wasn’t running when my flight arrived and left I changed hotels Airport shuttle schedule was not on the website

Disappointing
Poor Rooms and hallways were very dirty, staff came across rude and unprofessional. We had several different groups of people walk into the room because the hotel kept double booking the rooms, this didn’t just happen to us either.
Bad Dirtiest bathroom we've ever had, rest of room was unvacuamed, very disappointing I've got pictures..... was tired when checked in and really didn't notice how dirty it was until morning Microwave cabinet had condoms and lady's mascara and other items...just gross Location

Fair No printer, shuttle service was only 3:30am - 09:00am. Carpet in room was dirty. No shampoo in the bathroom, only conditioner.
