Disappointing Booked a King bed. They gave us two doubles and said that what we booked until I showed them the conformation email. The beds are awful. The shower had a terrible leak that sprayed everywhere. They set up a shuttle quickly to take us and pick us up from dinner. Super nice!

Smokey rooms, bad service, yet comfy beds Despite being non-smoking, the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and the scent was fairly strong in the room. We all woke up with scratchy throats and itchy eyes. It was advertised to have complimentary breakfast that was not actually provided. There was nobody at the front desk for quite a while when we were checking out. What a dump What a dump....smelled like hotels used to smell back in the 70's smokey, dirty. Saw the room and immediately asked for a cancellation....avoid Location is about it

I don't know. Me senti muy ofendida cuando vi en mi estado de cuenta de el banco que me cobraron 6.00 dlls por cada soda de lata que compre. En ese momento ordene dos latas de la vending machine de sodas que esta en el sexto piso. Grrrr.... Tambien el cuarto que me toco, varias luces no estaban funcionando. Tambien pedi ayuda a la recepcionista para ordenar pizza y no quiso ayudarme, me dijo que me fuera a mi cuarto y usara el tel de ahi. Horror! Precio calidad no adecuado La habitación no estaba limpia , habían pelos en el baño, cómida de gato en la alfombra y dulces ubicación cerca del aeropuerto

Not up to the stay we had before didn't tell use hat the rooms weren't going to be cleaned due to covid, had to ask for towel and bed linen even vacuum the room. the staff supplied use the items but the length of stay (12 days) I would have only booked a few at the hotel. We were asked two nights be fore we were to check out to move to another room, unclear as to why we had to move. When checking the site before booking it had breakfast but no shuttle to airport. When arriving it was the true. rom ok

It was ok! The transportation shuttle was not available when I arrived at the Seattle Airport.
