Fair The breakfast was terrible & the staff was rude. Limited pool hrs due to a swim lessons held there daily. The location was convenient. Had a nice view of NYC
I got COVID The floors was not vacuum daily and my room did not have a clean me tag, magnetic nothing. I found three Roaches in the room. The room was very hot like they were trying to kill COVID. The third night I was coughing , sneezing, headache & temperature. Upon check out I tested myself & was positive. I did let the staff know about Rm.811🤧🤮🥵
I will never stay again. absolutely unacceptable to be waking a guest up at 9am on a Sunday morning especially someone who’s there for their anniversary!!! and then wouldn’t compensate for it and give us a little longer. they said no and if so they’d have to charge me! SINCE WHEN IN ANY HOTEL DOES HOUSE KEEPING KNOCK ON THE DOOR OF A GUEST WHO DIDNT ASK FOR ANYTHING!! very clean!
terrible broken windows in first room they gave us. also fridge was broken. the second room they gave us the shower spicier was broken. you couldn’t use the entire pool bc they rent half of out to this British school. the staff

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Personnel toujours disponible et accueillant. Aucune investissement pour garder les installations modernes. Vieux divan lit vraiment inconfortable qui date surement de la construction de l'hôtel. Chaise de travail en fin de vie qui ne descend et ne lève pas devant le bureau vraiment pas adapté pour travailler. Rouille dans le bain.
